Access as a product
A plan needs to become an enforceable connection policy.
RCProxies combines the settings that define a usable proxy connection: account authentication, target location, rotation frequency, session behaviour, and concurrent connection limits. Package rules determine what the customer can access and consume.
The platform supports residential, datacenter, and ISP products through backconnect infrastructure. Management screens and the API expose the account and package operations that keep those connections aligned with the customer’s subscription.
The workflow

Package changes, active connections, and consumption all belong to the same customer record.
Choose a package
Configure the subscription’s bandwidth allowance, connection quota, and rotation settings. Package changes support upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation.
Set access and session rules
Apply authentication, IP allowlists or blocklists, geo-targeting, and session settings to the customer’s access.
Serve and meter requests
The backconnect engine handles HTTP and SOCKS5 connections, applies the selected routing rules, and records traffic against the account.
Update billing and reporting
Usage, subscription changes, and prorated charges feed billing records. Reporting exposes consumption, performance, and billing history.

Payments and changes over time
Recurring billing, invoices, payment retries, and prorated adjustments support the subscription lifecycle. Payment options include cards, PayPal, Bitcoin, and other cryptocurrencies, with multi-currency processing.
Accounts with delegated operations
Reseller hierarchies support custom commissions, branded interfaces, reporting, and automated payout processing. Operators can manage access and account relationships from the same platform.

The payment implementation includes PCI DSS compliance, encrypted processing, tokenization, fraud protection, and audit trails. These capabilities sit alongside subscription and invoice records, so payment events can be followed through the account lifecycle.
Usage reports support custom date ranges, exports, automated alerts, and predictive usage analytics. Together with IP access rules, session management, and proxy chaining, these controls give operators the detail needed to manage individual customer configurations.
